Basket ballzzzz

I don't want to" like i know everything",but just want to share my little experience.
In basketball game,there are 3 important position,we called it guard,forward and center...
Center is the'center' in the field,he usually responsible in guarding the ring and blocking the opponent shot,and score from inside the 'keyhole' and under ring.
Forward usually help the center keep and take the ball if it's not getting in (in basketball we called it rebound) and score,usually get very good at scoring..
Last but same important is guard position. It's usually divided by2 is playmaker and shooting guard. The shooting guard is usually have very good scoring ability and usually they are the key player of 1 team. They lead the team scoring,so many famous player play ini this position.
Last is my fave position is point guard or playmaker. This position take important role in the game,if the maker play well,the team can win the game,but if no,the rythm is become chaos,and player become confuse,hehe....
But the think make me confuse why the player usually don't want to listen the maker,or hear and consult with the maker,this is a dilemma,as happen to me,why it's so difficult to make players doing the same like what u want...
